Overview
Alice Derian was appointed as the Town Manager for North Topsail Beach in October of 2021 and serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Town. Ms. Derian is an ICMA Credentialed City Manager with 25 years of experience in local government. In the Council-Manager form of Government, the Manager is responsible for implementing policies of the Board of Alderman, directing the day-to-day operations of the Town, overseeing personnel and serves as the Budget Officer.
