REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST AND STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS
For Professional engineering and related governmental services
Town of North Topsail Beach, North Carolina

The Town of North Topsail Beach is seeking Letters of Interest/Statement of Qualifications from firms to provide professional consulting services in a variety of fields related to:

• Preliminary engineering studies, environmental engineering, land surveying
• Grant writing, applications and administration
• Design to include field surveys, plans and spec preparation
• Permitting (NCDEQ, NCDOT, USACE, FEMA, etc.)
• Construction Services to include bidding, contract admin and observation
• Asset and records managements (GIS, web hosting, physical assets and infrastructure)
• Transportation
• Land development and planning, community and parks planning
• Ordinance review and revision
• Water resources planning
• ADA Transitioning
• Pavement condition surveys

Evaluation and selection of firms will be a Qualified Based Selection process. Questions may be submitted by email to aderian@northtopsailbeachnc.gov no later than June 28, 2024.

Submittals may be electronic or hard copy and submitted to the attention of the Town Manager at either aderian@northtopsailbeachnc.gov or Town of North Topsail Beach, 2008 Loggerhead Court, North Topsail Beach, NC 28460 and are due no later than Monday, July 8, 2024, at 4:00 pm
