The North Topsail Beach Board of Aldermen and the Planning Board will hold a joint work session as follows:

TIME: 10:00 am or soon thereafter
PLACE: Board meeting room at Town Hall - 2008 Loggerhead Court North Topsail Beach
PURPOSE: To hold a discussion on the following topics related to the Planning Board:

1. Roles and duties;
2. Rules of Procedure;
3. Appointment Policy for members;
4. Code of Ethics and;
5. Unified Development Ordinance
