Demolition Permit Application

Application Process

To complete a demolition permit application, please complete the following:

1. Log into: https://www.citizenserve.com/northtopsailbeach
2. Complete a Demolition Permit Application:
   1. Mouse over “Services” tab in the top bar
   2. Click on "Permits"
   3. In the left-hand column, click on "Apply online"
   4. Select "Demolition Permit" in the drop-down menu
   5. Complete the application
      1. Include all trades to be properly terminated, including, but not limited to:
         1. Electrical: To make an electrical permit application:
            1. Mouse over “Services” tab in the top bar
            2. Click on "Permits"
            3. Click on "Apply online" in the left-hand column
            4. Select "Electrical Permit" in the drop-down menu
            5. Complete the application and click "submit"
         2. Plumbing: To make a plumbing permit application:
            1. Log into: https://www.citizenserve.com/northtopsailbeach
            2. Mouse over “Services” tab in the top bar
            3. Click on "Permits"
            4. Click on "Apply online" in the left-hand column
            5. Select "Plumbing Permit" in the drop-down menu
            6. Complete the application and click "submit"
