1/9/24 severe weather update

Staff has been out in response to the severe weather that came through our area yesterday. All roadways are clear and a small amount of debris has been picked up from both the roadways and beach. We continue to assess beach conditions throughout this afternoon . If you see any further debris that may wash up, please report it to Town Hall at 910-328-1349 so we can quickly have it removed. GFL is currently servicing our area as scheduled. Once your pick-up is completed, please roll your carts back and secure them on your property. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.
