Debris Cleanup

Staff has been busy Monday and throughout today cleaning up debris along the roadways and beach from Sunday’s storm. A few truck loads of debris consisting mostly of wood have been removed from the beach and roadways. Repairs to the damaged beach access across from Oyster Lane will start this week and Public Works will be street sweeping River Road tomorrow. The Town will continue with regular patrols and If you see any debris on the beach, please report it to Town Hall at 910-328-1349 so we can quickly clean up any remaining items that may wash up.
