First Sea Turtle nest of the season!
We have just been informed that North Topsail Beach has the first sea turtle nest of the season this morning!
This is a reminder as we head to the beach this weekend to be mindful of our environment. How can you help?
- Remove ALL personal items from the beach
- Smooth out sand castles
- Fill in holes
- Do not litter and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Please do not leave them on the beach
- If you are ocean front, please turn your lights off or close the blinds at night
- Stay off the dunes
