Strong low expected Dec. 17 and 18

There is high confidence that a strong low will impact the area this weekend into early next week.  Strong winds and the potential for moderate to major coastal flooding are the primary concerns, with very dangerous marine conditions expected and localized rainfall flooding issues possible as well.
