Turtle Talks!
Join us this Tuesday! Turtle Talks take place weekly on Tuesdays at 9am here at Town Hall, 2008 Loggerhead Court through the last week of September. There will be four presenters each week! Please join us to learn how you can protect sea turtles! Residents and visitors are welcome! There is no cost to attend and typically last 1 hour. While you are here, check out our new Sea Turtle Vision light display!
Turtle season is upon us so please do your part to protect the Sea Turtles:
- Turn off outdoor lights facing the ocean (Close shades and drapes)
- Fill in holes and smooth out sandcastles to prevent nesting turtles from getting trapped
- Remove ALL items from the beach
- Dispose of trash AND cigarette butts responsibly
