What an exciting morning on North Topsail Beach

The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center reported that we started the day off with 4 turtle nests and then released 14 turtles back into the waters this morning!  Thank you to everyone who came out to share this wonderful experience and thank you to all the volunteers with The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center for the work you do each day with these amazing creatures.

Thank you to Town staff who helped facilitate and our Police Department who got everyone in and out of the parking lots and back on the road safely!  In case you missed it, here are some pictures we captured of the moment for you to enjoy!
