Pursuant to the Town’s Unified Development Ordinance § 2.20 Special Use Permits, § 4.02 Table 4-1 Use Table and § 4.03.09, notice is hereby given that during the Board of Aldermen regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at 2008 Loggerhead Court, North Topsail Beach NC, a public hearing will be conducted to receive input on a Special Use Permit application SUP24-000004 LA COSTA BAY COMMERCIAL POOL at 107 Lacosta Place, North Topsail Beach NC. All information pertaining to this public hearing may be viewed at the Town Hall, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
