Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting Notice (12/17/24)

The North Topsail Beach Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held at North Topsail Beach Town Hall, Conference Room, 2008 Loggerhead Court, North Topsail Beach.
The purpose of the meeting is for the Zoning Board of Adjustment to consider Case #AA24- 000003, an appeal by Aneta Paval of the denial of a fence permit #SB24-000044 at lot 14 Green Oar Street, Rogers Bay Campground located at 4021 Island Drive followed by closed session pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 143.318.11 (a) (3) Consultation with the attorney.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment may also consider the adoption of the 2025 meeting schedule or other routine administrative matters in support of their duties pursuant to Unified Development Ordinance § 2.03.02.
