State of Emergency for NTB lifted

On August 29, 2023, at 5:00 pm, the Mayor declared a State of Emergency for the approach of Hurricane Idalia. It is determined that the conditions constituting a State of Emergency no longer exist and hereby terminate the declaration of a State of Emergency effective September 1, 2023 at 12:00 noon. Please continue to be mindful of DANGEROUS Rip Currents and expected high tides this evening and tomorrow.
