primary

Please see the latest briefing for the now named Tropical Storm Debby. Debby is forecast to make landfall Monday morning around the Big Bend area of Florida and then move very slowly across the Southeast next week. There remains considerable uncertainty in the track and impacts beyond Monday due to weak steering currents in the upper atmosphere. The greatest impacts to ENC at this time remains heavy rainfall bringing the threat of flash flooding. Riverine flooding may become a threat late next week or the following week after several days of rainfall.
