Planning

The Planning Director is responsible for the development and implementation of the CAMA Land Use Plan; Hazard Mitigation Plan; administration and updating of the Unified Development Ordinance; Official Zoning Map; the review and processing of rezoning, special use, and subdivision applications; and support of the Planning Board.

Zoning

The Zoning Administrator is responsible for the review of all zoning permit applications and inspections to ensure compliance with the Unified Development Ordinance; enforcing Town ordinances where violations of structures and properties and other public nuisances occur; and the review and processing of variance applications and appeals; and support of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
