Application for Variance

A Pre-submittal conference is required prior to submission.

To SCHEDULE A PREAPPLICATION MEETING, log into https://www.citizenserve.com/northtopsailbeach and:

1. Mouse over “Services” tab in the top bar
2. Click on "Planning and Zoning"
3. In the left-hand column, click on "Apply online"
4. Select " Pre-Application Meeting " in the drop-down menu
5. Complete the application
6. Once complete click "Submit"

After the preapplication meeting, to submit a VARIANCE application, log into https://www.citizenserve.com/northtopsailbeach and:

1. Mouse over “Services” tab in the top bar
2. Click on "Planning and Zoning"
3. In the left-hand column, click on "Apply online"
4. Select " Application for Variance " in the drop-down menu
5. Complete the application
6. Once complete click "Submit"

The applications will request upload of site plan or plot plan document(s). Once the application package is submitted and complete, it will be processed and sent to the Planning Department for review.
