Request for Elevation Certificate

To submit a Request for Elevation Certificate application, log into https://www.citizenserve.com/northtopsailbeach and:

1. Mouse over “Services” tab in the top bar
2. Click on "Planning and Zoning"
3. In the left-hand column, click on "Apply online"
4. Select "Request for Elevation Certificate" in the drop-down menu
5. Complete the application
6. Once complete click "Submit"

The "Request for Elevation Certificate" should also fall under the Planning and Zoning as well as Permits.
